1. You select required tests and send them to a candidate
When you first contact the candidate, you send them a set of 1−3 tests. We will tell you which specific tests are best suited for your situation.
2. The candidate takes the tests
The candidate completes the tests. The questions are formulated in such a way that the tests identify all the strengths and weaknesses quite accurately; they may also reveal any dishonesty on the respondent’s part.
3. You see the results
You will receive a detailed explanation of each candidate’s results presented in a convenient form. With this data, you will be able to make a well-grounded decision whether to hire this employee or not.
